JOB PURPOSE:
To provide support and assistance to the Business Development Team during the pre-sales process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the “project management” of the bid process, including the production of responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, etc.
· Ensure that the product meets the market requirements and that proposed solutions to the clients needs can be provided by the product.
· Prepare pre-sales project plan (includes requirements definition/confirmation, solution design, solution proof (cost effective), business case, implementation & measurement plan)
· Support assessment of the competitive advantages by qualifying prospect before applying resources to evaluations, selecting a strategy for dealing with competition, and changing the ground rules of all active evaluations.
· Assist with presentations, demonstrations, workshops and in gap analysis activities.
· Responsible for achieving team goals
· Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Professional Qualification:Degree/Diploma in Business/Computer/Marketing
Experience:At least 4 years in relevant fields
Others:
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills/ Good knowledge of IT and banking industry
