Our Field Reps install, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary hardware and software devices used to collect television-viewing data. Managing a geographic assignment of numerous Nielsen households, our Field Reps provide stellar customer service to ensure a positive experience for our Nielsen Families. - Work from home
- Non-traditional schedule including some evenings and weekends
- Company car
- Comprehensive benefits package effective the first day of employment
- Laptop computer and printer
- 8 weeks paid training program near Tampa, Florida - temporary lodging and transportation provided . Compensation package with a base salary of $30,000/year, paid overtime, plus incentives/bonuses bringing the annual salary potential into the low to mid $30s. Bilingual candidates who qualify are eligible for a language differential. A regional pay differential may also apply.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Software systems aptitude and networking knowledge
- Computer skills including Windows based PC proficiency
- Self-motivated
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
- Experience working with minimal supervision
- Superior customer service skills
- Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred. Technical diploma, Certificate of Completion, Associates degree or military experience is a plus. High School diploma required.
- Valid driver's license required
