Job Description: HR/Payroll Lead
This position will be responsible for managing all RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) components in the Oracle HRMS application as well as the integration between Oracle and ADP. This position regularly works directly with the business to resolve issues and manage expectations. Additionally this position will be responsible for managing change requests, performing impact analysis and prioritizing the enhancements to the HR applications.
Must haves:
5+ years experience working with Oracle HRMS modules (consulting or industry)
2+ years experience with payroll processing (ADP preferred)
2+ years in a supervisory role
Experience with Oracle HRMS table structures
Ability to translate the functional requirements to the technical team
Strong understanding of integration points between Oracle HR and other applications
Ability to provide team members and business users with clear direction
Ability to lead the problem solving effort by researching and advising team on available options
Ability to define a project plan, manage and deliver on it
Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently
College degree
Nice to haves:
2+ years HR experience in a non-consulting role including benefits, payroll and recruitment Experience in facilitating continuous improvement/optimization by advising business on industry best practices and efficient business processes
Understanding of change management concepts and ability to define processes around it and execute on them
Open to working with multiple vendors and establishing relationships with them
