Job Responsibilities:
• Provide 2nd level support on Lotus Notes, AntiVirus software and other security software.
• To log, escalate and follow up on outstanding cases.
• Perform regular maintenance of the supported platforms.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports for reviews.
• To support project implementations and adhoc request when required.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Win2k/XP and Lotus Notes Client.
• AntiVirus software, Internet browser and Scripting skills on Microsoft Excel and Access DB etc.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
• Customer Oriented, a team player, a fast learner.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Chinese Speaking is a must
