Role: The purpose of this position is to:
*To ensure successful delivery of all assigned projects (i.e.multiple projects or single major projects).
*To ensure project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives
*Execute projects utilizing established ACNielsen standard project management methodology including planning, scheduling, monitoring and managing projects through the entire systems development lifecycle, and to ensure time, cost and scope meets the customer commitments.
*To deliver product in a technology solution that is consistent with approved ACNielsen technical, data architecture, hardware and software standards.
Scope:
*Capable of managing multiple projects or single major projects (involving 8-10 systems team members combined).
*Regularly interfaces with organization stakeholders up to VP level.
*Project assignments generally focused on ACNielsen - U.S. organization.
*3-5 years prior experience in managing projects through full life cycle.
*Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs.
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*Effective interviewing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
*Strong meeting facilitation skills.
*Effective communication (verbal and written) skills.
*Effectively communicates among project teams, sponsors, senior management and business partners.
*Proven ability to successfully execute Project management methodologies, tools and skills.
*Presentation skills.
*Prior experience in leading/motivating project teams.
Skills Desired:
*Knowledge of CPG industry.
*Prior experience in IT environment.
*Project Management Certification (PMI)
