Job Description:
A Consultant’s primary focus will be on the delivery of client work. They will typically fill a defined role within a team, contributing to major deliverables or taking ownership for smaller deliverables. Typical roles could include:
l Design / Configuration Consultant
l Requirements Definition
l Technical Author
l Technical Support Consultant
l Change Management Consultant
l Data Integrity / Security Consultant
l Training Materials Developer
l End User Trainer
l Functional / Technical Trainer
l Proposal Support Consultant
l Project Controller

A Consultant would be expected to play an active role in the development of the Oracle practice, combining client based work with occasional internal development work. The consultant would be expected to develop less experienced consultant’s knowledge of the functionality and develop solutions.
Experience/Qualifications & Skills required
l Degree qualified (1st or Upper 2nd ), preferably in a relevant subject
l Over three years experience working in a Project management environment
l A minimum of 2 years Oracle Projects experience, typically with a consulting firm, in one or more of the following modules (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Connect, Activity Gateway Management, Analysis Collection Pack, Workflow, and Time and Expenses) and an awareness of their integration with other modules
l Excellent written and verbal communications skills
l Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
l Capable of developing “as-is” and “to be” models
l Preferred Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
