Job Summary:
KBACE is seeking bright, diligent people to join our consulting organization. This is an entry level/Junior Analyst position. Candidates should have experience working with Financial Applications and technology. Candidates should have a strong understanding of financial processes including General Ledger, month end/ Quarterly and year end closing process, be detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have previous Oracle Financial Application use or knowledge but no previous consulting experience is required.
This is an exciting opportunity to begin or grow a career as an Oracle Applications Consultant/ Analyst!
Typical project responsibilities include:
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality.
• Identify functionality gaps and help develop solutions to them.
• Assist in configuring the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
• Deliver end-user training.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
• Experience with the business processes in finance and accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, purchasing, fixed assets and cash management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
• Keen attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
