Job Summary:
This is an opportunity to start an exciting new career as an Oracle Consultant. As an Oracle Consultant you will work with our clients to analyze their global business issues and implement solutions which help them to transform their operations. If you think you have what it takes to fill this role – please don’t hesitate to apply! This position does not require previous Oracle Applications or CRM knowledge, just an aptitude for computer systems or math, excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn! KBACE’s team of experts will provide you with all the training on the Oracle Applications and Consulting processes you will need to be successful. Typical project responsibilities depending on experience may include:
• Leading customer workshops;
• Training customer team members on solutions;
• Identifying customer business needs and challenges;
• Developing viable solutions to the customers’ requirements;
• Configuring the Oracle Applications to demonstrate proposed solutions;
• Authoring documents for management;
• Interacting with the project team members responsible for solution delivery in other areas;
• Defining tests for solutions;
• Supporting customer personnel through the acceptance of the solution;
• Developing end-user documentation and training materials; and,
• Communication with Project Leadership on all status and issues.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to work well in a team environment;
• Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities;
• Keen attention to detail; and,
• Previous experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Support operations, Analytics or Computer Programming.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree; preferably in Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science or have a strong desire to learn in these areas; and,
• Travel to customer sites is required.
