Job Summary:
KBACE is seeking a bright, diligent individual to train to become Oracle® Applications Consultant dedicated to Oracle Learning Management. Successful candidates have an understanding of information systems and technologies, are detail-oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Although direct experience with Oracle® Applications is not required, it is a bonus.
We are looking for people willing to work hard, learn quickly, and grow with our organization. The typical Associate Consultant will travel to a client's site four days a week. The travel associated with this position and the responsibility of being an on-site consultant requires maturity and determination.
Specific responsibilities for this position will include:
o Implementing Oracle Learning Management
o Demonstrating the features and functionality of Oracle Learning Management for:
Sales demonstrations
Education classes
Client training sessions
Qualifications:
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Bachelors Degree
• Previous experience with training or content management tools a plus
• Must be willing to travel 40% - 75%
