Minimum 15 years experience in some combination of Sales, Human Resources, and Project Management.
Extensive consultative sales experience and proven ability to close multi-million dollar, complex sales.
Minimum 6 yrs Oracle HR Project Management experience, including managing global implementations.
Must have managed all phases of the implementation life-cycle. Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, rollout and post-implementation support.
Ability to work at the senior management /executive levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Prior experience leading proposal efforts.
Solid understanding of HCM issues, implications, and solutions. Strong presentation skills, and the ability to link company solutions with overall business objectives for clients.
Responsible for leading pursuits and engagements in the Distribution Sector around Oracle HR.
Responsible for practice utilization, career management and guidance, skills development and trainng plans.
Will interact and develop relationships with senior-level clients and company executives. Will lead pursuits and engagements.
This role leads client and internal teams in unstructured environments to successful engagement conclusion exclusive of formal reporting relationships.
Overall responsibility generally includes interpreting policies/practices, identifying/satisfying resource needs and ensuring achievement of business and engagement goals.
Decisions can influence client plans, schedules and overall client satisfaction.
Forms an appropriate team and manages project, preparing work plans, managing workload, tracking schedules, communicating status, and leading client negotiations, resulting in a successful engagement conclusion meeting the client satisfaction and profitability objectives.
They perform end-of-engagement shutdown, including completing end-of-engagement assessments, collecting client satisfaction reports, etc. with an eye towards starburst opportunities.
They are the "Face of the Corporation" to many/most of the client personnel associated with the engagement.
Candidate Must Have :
Minimum of 6 years extensive consultative sales experience and proven ability to close multi-million dollar, complex sales in an Oracle HR environment.
Minimum 6 yrs Oracle HR Project Management experience, including managing global implementations.
Be willing to travel Monday thru Thursday
Wish to see candidates from the East Coast
Additional Information : East Coast Hub Based. 100% travel required, candidates must live in or around our client's core cities, one of the following: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Hartford, CT; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; Miami, FL and Washington, DC
Metro.
