JDEdwards Project Manager
COMPENSATION: $100,000 - $135,000 + bonus, negotiable
401K (4% match), healthcare, and other quality employee benefits
LOCATION: 16 month project in Washington, DC then 100% traveling typically from the mid-West US to the Eastern US
TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time Employment
TRAVEL: 100% Mon-Thurs. Typically remote from home on Fridays

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for a PM to oversee a JDE upgrade from v7.3 XE to v8.12. The project will be in the Washington, DC area for approximately 16 months. Once the upgrade is completed, you will be required to travel 100% of the time Mon-Thursday and typically remote from home on Fridays.
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate resources, manage budgets and work with vendors.
Knowledge and Skills Required
~ Must have full-life cycle experience
~ Experience with 8.12
~ Minimum of 3 years of PM experience needed
~ Will be managing a small team of 3-6 people
~ Must have at least experience with at least (1) FLC JD Edwards implementation
~ Currently have JDE Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Fixed Assets and Order Fullfillment
~ Version 8.12 was realized about a year ago and it's web-enabled
~ Solid understanding of Application Development Methodology
~ Candidates must be local to the D.C. area and be willing to travel up to 100% after the initial 16 month engagement has been completed.
Desired Skills:
• 5+ years of experience delivering information technology consulting services
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Big-4 Consulting experience
• Certified Oracle Consultant
• PMP Certification
Minimum Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• MBA degree (desired)
