POSTION 1:
This is a contract position on an ORACLE HR implementation
As HRMS Technical Lead you will provide hands-on leadership for a development team of 3-4 technical resources on an ORACLE 11i HR implementation.
• 7+ years experience performing implementation/maintenance for ORACLE applications
• Skill level in functional as well as technical areas that allows for working with minimal supervision
• Active contributor in the architecting and development of an E-business infrastructure as a member of the enterprise team
• Prioritize, manage, and report progress for the project tasks assigned to the technical team
• Track and report on external tasks critical to the technical team delivering on schedule
• Develop sound release management and configuration management principles
• Coordinate and/or perform testing of ORACLE Applications patches, upgrades and modifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Minimum of 5 years ORACLE HRMS technical experience • Proven technical leadership abilities • Microsoft Project • SDLC migration, change management experience is a must. • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency (required). • ORACLE development experience specific to the HR modules (ie. Advanced benefits, HR Self Service) • Forms and Reports 6i, Workflow 2.6(Embedded Workflow and Events of ORACLE applications) • Workflow from an administrative point of view and debugging skills for standard and custom Workflows • Solid understanding of ORACLE Open interfaces and APIs • Proficient in ORACLE application schema structures and use of Flex fields • Working knowledge of applications code registration procedures, and ORACLE application System Administration • Skilled in: Java, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, SQL Loader, JSP, Crystal Reports, TOAD(or similar), OEM • Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
POSITION 2:
TITLE:
HRIS Functional Business Lead
This is a contract position on an ORACLE HR implementation
RESPONSIBLITIES SUMMARY:
As HRMS Functional Lead you will provide hands-on functional level design specifications in the delivery of an ORACLE 11i HR implementation.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
• 8+ years of experience serving as a Functional Lead on an ORACLE HRMS project.
• Lead the documentation of the business processes, workflow, and requirements.
• Lead the definition and documentation of the business and system processes.
• Lead the definition and communication of the system requirements, including any points requiring interfaces to 3rd party systems or customer-specific systems and data input/output and format requirements
• Lead the definition of the business rules required by the solution.
• Manage requirements to minimize scope issues.
• Maintain a requirement management plan with clear attributes per requirement and requirements traceability across all of the development disciplines, phases and iterations.
• Review and contribute to development and execution of unit testing plans.
• Review and contribute to overall QC/QA testing plans and execution.
• Contribute to and manage user focus groups.
• Understand all systems requirements within deliverable and provide valuable feedback to other analysts and stakeholders.
• Assist in determining needed resources and establishing overall project plans for deliverables.
• Possesses skills to manage junior level and peer team members at sub-project level.
• Provides work direction, sets and monitors goals and workflow.
• Responsible for providing feedback on junior level and peers performance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Minimum of 8 years ORACLE HRMS functional experience; skilled in business process measurement, requirements gathering, process reengineering, and system analysis. • Proven technical writing/documentation experience. • Microsoft Project • SDLC knowledge is a must. • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency (required). • Analysis and Requirements gathering technical skills. • Experience collaborating with customers to provide the IT perspective for their business planning. • Experience advocating for the customer within the delivery and project team.
