Provides technical support and resolves business application technical issues. Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex application problems, develops technical design. Researches and determines functional requirements, develops functional design and business processes, designs and executes functional tests. Provides consultation to project stakeholders. Prepares, reviews, and approves change requests. Participates in work sessions as a subject matter expert.
Reuqired Skills: Bachelors Degree in directly related field, Oracle/Customer Master experience 4+ years
