Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant - London/Midlands/Liverpool - New! My client is one of the fastest growing Oracle partners in the UK. Due to continued expansion my cleint is looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant to join their dynamic consultancy. The role: To be responsible for delivering Oracle HRMS/Payroll implementations. Responsibilities: Support Oracle Financial Bids, adopt the Financials FastForward methods. Define client processes and requirments, manage the design and testing phases. Lead their clients through the implementation and support phases. Delivering training, both to clients and for internal skills transfer, manage cleint expectations and issues. The person: You will have at least 5 years consulting experience with knowledge of the following, HR, Payroll, Fast Formula, Compensation and Benefits, Self Service HR, SSP/SMP, Time Management, Self Service Benefits, iRecruitment, iLearning, Tutor, Learning Management/Training Admin, HR Intelligence. Familiar with Project Methodologies such as AIM or FastForward. Knowledge of the following Oracle Financials AR,AP,GL,FA,CM would be advantages.
