Oracle eBusiness Functional (HR and Payroll) Consultant SC-cleared required to be the lead person supporting an Oracle eBusiness solution and work with the business sponsors and key users to develop business processes, plan for changes to the eBusiness system, resolve issues on Oracle HR/ Payroll suite including SSHR. Skills: 10 years experience of Oracle HR and Payroll implementations: minimum of 5 Oracle implementations at a minimum of 3 different companies; knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes, and their legislative governance; general understanding of Projects (time keeping, manpower planning); skilled in business analysis techniques; information capture and presentation, SQL and PLSQL languages. Knowledge of: Oracle eBusiness Solution and the underlying tables; information modelling tools and proficient in information capture techniques, business process improvement techniques. Security Clearance to SC level is mandatory or prepared to undergo clearance. For security reasons candidates should have sole British nationality with 10 years continuous UK residency. |
