JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Analyze and evaluate existing and proposed systems, devise computer programs, applications and related procedures to process data. Interact with various levels of the organization to develop system requirement definitions.
-Capable of taking a system through the full project life cycle.Analyzes user specifications and requirements.
-Encodes, tests, debugs, and documents programs on large-scale, omplcex projects.
-Revises and updates programs and documentation as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Program / system level analysis, design and coding.
-Process change control packets.
-Requirements gathering and system documentation.
-Customer focus and daily business support. Also, meeting facilitation and rotation of nightly coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum of 1-3 years technical experience with the Oracle eBusiness Suite using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports and Workflow in building and maintaining RICE objects.
-Oracle SQL or PL/SQL certification a strong plus.
-Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
Programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports.
-Experience using Oracle DML commands to build data structures.
-Experience using XML publisher a plus.
-Good functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite particularly in the areas of Financials, OM, INV, PO, WIP, WSM & BOM.
-Strong understanding of SDLC and change control processes.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
