Description:
The Oracle ERP Integration Specialist must have relevant industry, technology, or consulting experience architecting and performing hands-on integration duties within an Oracle ERP environment. This individual will work with Application Development to seamlessly develop and deploy applications using the Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite, and collaboratively architect the underlying technical integration architecture supporting all business application modules. This individual must also have a solid understanding of Application Server technologies, broad configuration and support experience with various middleware/EAI packages, and the ability to install, configure, administer, analyze, tune, monitor, and troubleshoot these packages in a UNIX environment.
- Under the supervision of the Manager of Data Architecture, provide technical guidance, design, implementation, and architectural best practices for the utilization and enforcement of Middleware integration standards and tools
- Act as primary liaison to Application Development, Database Administration, Network Operations, and the Information Center to recommend, construct, install, and configure the integration framework supporting the Oracle ERP e-Business Suite.
- The primary integration framework is to be delivered using the Oracle Fusion Middleware Technology in both a production and non-production environment, augmenting with other TJX middleware technologies where appropriate Establish a service oriented vision and implementation plan to craft, educate, properly secure, and support all service driven, heterogeneous systems development projects related to the Oracle ERP e-Business Suite
- Responsible for performance analysis, monitoring, conversion deployment and coordination, patching, etc within the Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite
- Coordinate code migration through life cycle management utilizing the standard distributed application development change control and compliance best practices
- Participate in, and in some instances coordinate, monitor, configure, and deploy within TJX general Middleware Service supported hardware and tools
- Act as secondary support for the enterprise application monitoring solution to determine health of applications, processes, and hardware status
- The position is full-time but will consider a contract to perm candidate

Qualifications:
- Candidate will have a minimum of eight years business experience or five years with Bachelor's Degree, including a minimum of one year hands-on experience with integrating Oracle E-Business Applications, while assisting in the design, development, and testing of a technology delivered integration project
- Has a proven ability to work independently, to work with team members from other groups, and build a framework for a clear Oracle Fusion Middleware Technology integration standard
- Has deep knowledge of Middleware technologies such as Apache, J2EE, Messaging, LDAP, B2B, BPM, Portal, Collaboration, and Search, with experience in open interfaces and APIs
- Possess an in depth understanding of integration techniques and various file transfer methods including EDI, EFT, wire transfer, etc and how to securely apply the alternatives to the Oracle ERP integration points
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite including Oracle Containers for J2EE WebCenter/Portal, Integration, Knowledge of user authentication techniques, SOA Integration Technologies such as BPEL, B2B, BAM and Integration Adapters, XML, TCP/IP, application monitoring tools, Java, EJB, BPEL, and UNIX background is a plus
- Knowledge of identity management, business Intelligence, Jdeveloper toolkit, and application provisioned security techniques
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Retail business knowledge is a plus
